Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start. The Free tier is available indefinitely.
What counts as an agent run?
An agent run is a single execution of an agent task -- for example, one code review, one spec draft, or one research query. Multi-step pipelines (like a full roundtable analysis) count as one run.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data is never deleted on downgrade.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
On the Free tier, you will see a notification when approaching your monthly run limit. On paid plans, overages are billed at published per-unit rates. You can set hard caps or admin-approval gates per project.
Do you offer discounts for startups?
Yes. Early-stage startups (under $5M raised, under 2 years old) can apply for 50% off Team or Business plans for the first year. Email sales@novact.ai with your details.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
Enterprise is custom-scoped. We work with your team to define seat counts, SLA requirements, compliance needs, and integration scope. Pricing is based on that conversation, not a fixed rate card.
